At the beginning, the Prato Verde Restaurant was a simple 4 square meters room
where sandwiches with homemade cold cuts, cheese and oil were prepared.
Our restaurant has gone a long way, going through different historical periods and three generations
up to the building that many people know today.
At present, the Prato Verde Restaurant has two elegant rooms:
one is larger and full of light and the other is more intimate and welcoming, with a fireplace.
Our bar is the memory of a past tradition and of the passing of time,
but the kitchen is the real ground where the battle between past and present takes place.
There the clash becomes an encounter and the old marries
the new in order to create a menu capable of telling a story that never bores.
