Our Farm was founded in 2000 and from the beginning it has been guided by choices that take into
account respect for the environment, such as installing photovoltaic panels to use renewable energy.
We grow cereals, legumes, seasonal vegetables and fruit trees, with which we prepare preserves,
sauces, jams and much more to be used in the Restaurant’s kitchen.

In 2024 we inaugurated our oil mill which allows us to crush the freshly picked olives and obtain a
high-quality and genuine oil, the same one that you can taste in our restaurant or buy to take home a
piece of Tuscany.
