The kitchen of Restaurant Prato Verde offers typical dishes of the Tuscan and Lucchese tradition made with excellent raw material, produced and selected by the Angeli family.
The vegetables from our orchard are used with love and wisdom; our fresh pasta is totally handmade, kneaded like the old days. The ancient brick oven gives the meat and fish dishes a special taste and our cooks use the old, precious recipes of our family.
It is a traditional and modern cooking that focuses on excellent raw materials and on a careful preparation to create tasty and hearty food.
