Holiday Prato Verde offers cooking classes (booking is required) to learn something about our Tuscan food. Each lesson will show you how to cook a complete menu or some important dishes of our italian and tuscan tradition like the home made fresh pasta (tagliatelle, tagliolini, gnocchi, filled tortelli and pappardelle) and the sauces, using our extra virgin olive oil.
The lesson will be made in a familiar and joyful surrounding, with background music, in perfect harmony with the tuscan tradition
and the beauty of its territory.
We would like to let you know the strong tastes and the delicious perefumes of our region.
The participants will cook and prepare all the dishes with our help and, at the end of the lesson, they will enjoy what they have cooked.
